A technical problem? Report it online and follow every step

Leak, heating failure, stuck shutter: your request goes straight to your manager. You are kept informed at every step, without having to chase.

Safety first

If you smell gas, do not touch any switch, leave the home and call Sibelga on 0800 19 400, or 112 in case of immediate danger. If there is a major leak, turn off the water supply, often near the meter. If the power goes off, check the fuse box: a circuit breaker may have tripped.

Your request in four minutes

1. Open the form from the tenant portal on the website, in French, English or Dutch.
2. Choose the type of problem and describe it in one sentence. Advice suited to the case is displayed.
3. Add up to three photos. A well-framed picture lets us send the right technician straight away.
4. Give your availability and say whether the technician may come with the agency's keys.

Tick "urgent" if the situation requires it: your request is handled as a priority.

What happens next

You receive a confirmation email with your file reference and a link to your follow-up page. It shows where your request stands: taken in hand, technician appointed, appointment, work completed.

Your manager chooses the technician and lets you know as soon as an appointment is set or moved. If major work requires the landlord's approval, we take care of it. Once the job is done, we ask you to confirm that everything is fixed.

Your data

Your name, phone number and availability are passed only to the appointed technician, and only to arrange the appointment. The landlord is informed of the problem and its follow-up, without your contact details.
