Who receives your data
Your data is accessible to the BDW Invest team. Where relevant, it may be shared with the property owner, contractors carrying out an intervention, and our IT providers who host it on our behalf. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Contact requests not followed up: three years after the last exchange.
- Rental applications not accepted: one year after the property is let, to be able to answer any complaint.
- Data linked to a lease or management agreement: for the duration of the contract, then as long as needed to meet our legal obligations.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing or its portability, and object to certain processing. Write to us at info@bdw-invest.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
