Everything is set out in writing in the management agreement. No surprise costs along the way.
Property management
8% to 5.5% excl. VAT of rents received
A rate that decreases with the size of the portfolio entrusted to us, with a minimum of €85 excl. VAT per month per client. Fees are deducted monthly and shown on your management report.

Included in management
- Rent collection into your designated client account and monthly report
- Payment of invoices, charges and indexations
- Technical follow-up, maintenance and mandatory inspections
- Supervision of works under €5,000
- Relations with tenants, building managers and insurers

Some services fall outside routine management. Their terms are set in advance in the agreement.

- €80 excl. VAT per hour (general meeting, travel, out of hours)
- Works supervision without an architect
- Included in management for works under €5,000. Above that: 15% from €5,000 to €19,999, 10% from €20,000 to €50,000
Letting & sales
Our letting and sales fees are communicated in writing after a free valuation of your property. Large portfolios receive a tailored proposal.
